estate sales

Each project is different and everyones objective is different. Let’s discuss and find out what is best for you! If you would like to have an estate sale at the property, then let’s do it! There are lots of options!

responsible home liquidation

I continue to use the word “responsible” liquidation, because there is a terrible truth that not all people will liquidate the same. You know when you see large piles of “stuff” on the side of the road or freeway on-ramps. Sometimes this is what you are seeing. Other times, the hauler might take it all directly to the landfill. In either case I find it irresponsible to not give reusable items another chance and let another person use it. We need to do whatever we can to renew and refresh to keep our things moving on and out of the landfill. More can be reused than you would imagine!

downsizing and decluttering

If I had a nickel for every can of paint in every garage I see, I would be rich! Not really, but decluttering is so good for everyone! Most of that paint isn’t even going to match your current colors and if you are getting ready to sell, you will probably pick something more current. You might have clothes in your closet that you stopped wearing in the 90’s. That was actually a long time ago! That dress, as cute as it was… let’s get honest, when did you wear it last? And do you still have your kids crib leaning against the wall in the garage? Unless you are waiting for them to use it for their own kid, I think once they are in and out of college it is fair to say, it shouldn’t still be in the garage. ;-) I’m happy to help you purge and clear the space. Having freshly cleared spaces is so good for your mental! I would love to help you see the walls again and gain a new vision for your space. Out with the old.
